So, Sunday night we went over to cousin Mike and Lisa's home in Humble. We had a great time and finally around 10:00 pm we decided it was time to head home. Well, on the way out to the car, Debbie got bit by a snake!! She must have stepped on it or something and ticked it off. So, Mike caught it in a jar and we took it with us and went to the emergency room, just to be safe. It ended up being identified as a non venomous snake, but we were never told what it was. So, our best guess is that it was a Texas Night snake. Debbie got a RX for a pain killer and a note from the doc for two days off work!!! To bad they didn't give her a RX for Valium for the anxiety attacks she is still having from the whole episode.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe that! good thing it wasn't on YOUR driveway! Then you would have to re-live the emotional pain every time you get in your car. And I would have to worry about its possible siblings! :) Hope you are feeling better!
